Spaghetti Carbonara

When it comes to spaghetti, people simply love them, because you can easily combine them with anything and get a good dish.

We decided to give you the recipe for spaghetti Carbonara, which is very yummy. There are a lot of different Carbonara recipes, especially if you are not from Italy ( because they know the original one ), so we will give you ours.

This recipe is for four people and it is very simple. What you need is :

9 slices of pancetta

500 grams of spaghetti

9 egg yolks

one cup of thickened cream

and grated parmesan cheese

Of course when it comes to pepper and salt, you should use the amount you need, it depends how much you love to put.

Take your pancetta and cut into small pieces, approximately 2 centimeters. When you did it put them in a pot and fry them until they become crispy. You can use any oil, maybe the best one is olive oil.

After you did it, cook your spaghetti, until they are boiled, and drain them ,and add a mixture of egg yolks and thickened cream ( you must be careful when it comes to egg yolk, because sometimes they can become like scrambled eggs, if spaghettis are too hot, so make sure you put them in the cold water just to cool them off, and of course drain them again, before you add this mixture )

Then add the pancetta, and mix it all together.

When you are serving the dish, put grated parmesan cheese on each plate, and that's it.
