With 73% water, 15% fat, 8.5% carbohydrates, and 2% protein, there is no question that avocado is truly the kind of fruit everyone should choose to eat.

Avocados have the ability to make you feel full.  It reduces your desire to eat more making it a great alternative for unhealthy snacks when trying to lose weight. This fruit also helps reduce the symptoms of arthritis.

There are a lot of avocado recipes that you can try. Here are three of the easiest and most tasteful you should make on top of your list.

  • Poached Egg in Avocado

Crack an egg into a bowl of cold water. Put it in the microwave for a couple of minutes on low setting. Drain the poached egg. Pit the avocado and put the egg in the hole.

  • Fresh Dip Avocado and Hummus

Combine 1 cup of hummus with one ripe avocado. You can eat this as a dip or as pita bread filling.

  • Avocado Tuna Salad

Mash the avocado and mix it with a can of tuna. Add a tablespoon of olive oil. Add salt based on your desired taste.

Incorporating avocado into any dish is easy because its taste is already flavourful and can blend well with any other ingredient.
