Food that looks bad, but tastes amazing

You can often hear that saying “Don’t judge book by its cover” and it is really true. We should never judge people based on their appearance, color, sex, etc.
The same goes with food. We definitely advise you not to judge food based on their appearance, because if you do, you will never know how good they taste.

The first thing that comes to our mind is Blue cheese. We heard a lot of people saying that it is one of the ugliest things that they have ever seen when it comes to food.
Ok, we cannot deny that it is not so attractive on the outside, but we can definitely guarantee you that it is very yummy and delicious on the inside.
Yes, we understand that mold freaks you out, but this cheese is very tasty, and if you combine it with wine and bread, you will fall in love with it.
Maybe you haven’t heard or tried custard apples, but if you Google it, you will see that they look pretty rotten.

Don’t be fooled, because they are actually very tasty and sweet. Because of their sweetness people tend to call them sugar apples, since they are super sweet.
It is very hard to find them unless you live in Asia, but if you ever see them, give them a chance, and you will like them.
Then we have one of the most expensive foods in the world – caviar. We cannot say what we think of when we see it, because this is what it is.
Still these fish eggs are really good, especially if you combine them with toast or crackers for example.

Oh, and don’t forget the wine.
