Pizza is the most popular meal in the world. Every day 40 million Americans eat pizza. 13% of them are eating pizza every day, and when children or teenagers are present, this number raises up to 22%. Depending on, where you eat pizza, it can be good or bad. In Italy pizza is much better than in the US, some say that pizza in the US is junk food!

Pizza made in the US contains high levels of fiber, calcium, protein, fat and saturated fat. It provide 1/3 of daily intake of these nutrients. This meal also contains sodium, which is important for children and adults. Pizzas you can buy or ordered, contains many preservatives and industrialized ingredients, so, it is better to make one by yourself. But, consider that people have no free time, this is almost impossible. 44% of children and 59% of adult eat pizza for dinner. This is bad because, it can cause sleep problems and stomach problems. Nobody cannot tell is it pizza good or bad. Because there are many different kinds of them, and every kind is unique. The secret is to notice what is on the pica. If you eat pizzas with meat or some other ingredient that contains saturated fat, it can be unhealthy. Generally, eating pizza will provide you recommended daily intake of some nutrients. But, you must remember that vitamins and minerals are not present in pizza! So, eating fruits and vegetables, beside pizza is mandatory. Only then you can achieve daily intake of all nutrition’s you need for a healthy life.
