Basic Measurments

Many of us are good to cook & we do have habit of our utensils as measurements. Chef working in hotel also uses measurement tools.
Now a day due to modern technology many measurement tools available in market:
1)    Weighing machine: A small weighing machine which gives you measurement up to 7 Kg is available in the market. This can be kept any corner of the kitchen or even in the kitchen drawer.
2)    Timer: In microwave there are ready timer available, and in mobiles too. Still in case you want to have a separate timer it is available in the market.
3)    Measuring Cup, glasses & Spoons: Measuring cups & Glasses are the best way to measure exact quaintly you want of liquid & solid as per their density. Different products have different density.
What if you don’t have currently with you, at that time old technique is use full ,such as bowl & spoon measurement. All measurement is approximate.
1 Normal size bowl sugar -170 grm
2  Normal size bowl flour -100 grm
3 Normal size bowl rice -150 grm
4 Normal 60 drops of liquid -1 tea spoon
It is good to cook food with measurement, it gives proper taste  & no wastage. A girl who is newly married of who is newly entered in kitchen these tips are very useful. Once you habitual of cooking you will not need these instrument. That is called experience , it is not always experience makes men perfect, it is applicable for women too.
