The best meal during the summer is a buffalo chicken salad. This is because this meal is light, it tastes great, and it is full of vegetables. This is another meal that does not take long to make, and it does not come with many ingredients. 

The main ingredients for this meal include: a bag of ready salad, frozen buffalo chicken, tomatoes, croutons, shredded cheese, and blue cheese; it is possible to make the salad from scratch, but buying it ready saves a lot of time. A regular bag of salad also makes up to four plates.

The ready-made salad should be placed in a plate. The buffalo chicken should be put in to oven; six pieces per plate should be fine. The cooking temperature should be 400 degrees. The chicken should cook 16 times, and the chicken should be turned halfway through. 

While the chicken is cooking it would be time to cut up some tomatoes and pour the pieces over the salad; mini tomatoes work, too. Croutons and the shredded cheese should also be placed over the salad. 

Once the chicken is done, it should be distributed within the salad. This should be followed with blue cheese dressing; some people also like salt and pepper over their salad, too.
